I wrote this out in draft, then was very busy, came back, thought it was rubbish, started falling behind, now it’s bullet points.

• Donated to streamers who were raising money for The Bungie Foundation’s Game2Give. As part of it, I watched a live stream of a group of friends playing Destiny 2 and having such a great time. With the way the world feels in recent years, to hear people just laughing and having fun, that was a good tonic for my soul. I’m generally a positive person but sometimes even I need something cheery to raise my spirits, and this did the job.

• I also won a cool and rare emblem in a raffle. It’s called Heartfelt Crackle. This is it.

• My Slayer Baron title was earned and the pin ordered but I’m still waiting for it to arrive so I can complete my Destiny 2 display. Tracking says it was sent out in January and it’s…somewhere. I’ll have to chase that up.

• I am also very aware of writing about saying goodbye to Destiny 2 in 15 Days: Part 1 but having picked up the entire collection from Humble Bundle to play on PC, I find myself going back. I blame the Slayer Baron pin delay for ‘keeping it alive’. Anyway the latest episode, Heresy, is looking good so far and on PC, everything looks extra pretty.

• I’ve started using Substack to post these as well, although like here I’m a bit behind. I’ve no idea what I’m doing but I’ll work it out as I go. I think one person looks at them. Maybe. Link: My Substack
